As a Bushwalker I think that the environment should not be altered. Sometimes there are good enough reasons to change some things, but this time, they shouldn't. There is no good enough reason as to why they want to change this environment. But there are good reasons as to why they shouldn't. First of all, I don't think they should change it because of the local wildlife. If animals have homes and habitats around the area chosen to be 'altered' then they could lose there home, and not know where else to find them. Another one of my reasons is because, maybe some people areound the area enjoy the local environment, for walks, admiring and sightseeing. My last reason to my point of view is, if the environment is changed, some people may not agree to it, and be so upset that they could move houses and then houses would have no owners and the area would not be as environmently friendly as to with more of the old house owners.
